Bonus Policy

This Bonus Policy explains how promotions, bonuses and the Asinodays Rewards programme work at Asinodays, operated by Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of each promotion.

Bonuses are optional and offered at our discretion. There is no guarantee of winnings, and no promotion changes the odds of any game. You must be 19+ and located in Ontario to participate.

1. Scope

"Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reward or other inducement we may offer. Each promotion has its own published terms (eligibility, value, expiry and wagering). Where a specific promotion's terms differ from this policy, the promotion's terms apply.

2. Eligibility

  • One bonus per person, household, device or payment method, unless a promotion says otherwise.
  • You must have a verified account (KYC) and be 19+ in Ontario.
  • Players who are self-excluded (including via BetGuard) or who have set themselves limits that a promotion would conflict with are not eligible.
  • Employees of Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario (iGO) and related persons are excluded where required.

3. Wagering requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering (playthrough) requirement — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a $10 bonus with 35× wagering requires $350 in eligible bets. All wagering figures are specified in the individual Offer Terms before you opt in. Unless a promotion's Offer Terms state otherwise:

  • Wagering multiplier: stated per offer (typically 35× or 40× bonus amount).
  • Game contribution: slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live casino contribute less (see offer terms — e.g. table games 10%, live casino 0%).
  • Maximum bet during bonus: CAD $5 per spin/round while a bonus is active. Bets above this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
  • Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: stated per offer.
  • Bonus validity: stated per offer (typically 30 days from credit).
  • Deposit funds are used before bonus funds unless an offer states otherwise.

Full figures — multiplier, eligible games, game contributions, max bet, max cashout and expiry — are displayed for each offer before you opt in. No offer uses open-ended or discretionary cancellation terms; any forfeiture is limited to the specific grounds listed under section 6 (Bonus abuse) below.

4. Bonus rules

  • You may decline or cancel a bonus before wagering begins; cancelling forfeits the bonus and any bonus winnings.
  • The maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings is stated in each offer's terms before opt-in.
  • Bonuses have no cash value until wagering is met and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Bonus winnings may only be forfeited where bonus abuse (section 6) is established by specific, documented evidence.

5. Advertising & inducements (AGCO Standards)

We follow the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming on advertising and inducements:

  • inducements, bonuses and credits are advertised only on our own controlled channels, or to players who have actively consented to receive them;
  • we do not direct advertising of inducements to self-excluded individuals or to players displaying signs of higher-risk play;
  • we do not use athletes or celebrities to advertise gaming, in line with the Standards;
  • marketing is not directed at anyone under 19, and all advertising is truthful and not misleading.

6. Bonus abuse

"Bonus abuse" includes opening multiple or linked accounts, collusion between players, placing low-risk or fully-hedged ("risk-free") bets purely to clear wagering, using stolen or third-party payment methods, or other fraudulent or bad-faith activity. Where we reasonably determine bonus abuse has occurred, we may void the bonus and related winnings, recover amounts wrongly paid, and limit or close the account, subject to your right to complain.

7. Responsible gaming

8. Changes
