Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Asinodays (asinodays.co) and related services (the "Service"), operated by Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service or opening an account, you agree to these Terms.
Real-money gaming on the Service is conducted and managed by iGaming Ontario (iGO), and is made available by Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA as an operator registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO). Jurisdiction-specific rules are set out in our Ontario Terms.

1. Eligibility & age
To use the Service you must:
- be 19 years of age or older;
- be physically located in Ontario, Canada when you access the Service;
- have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- not be self-excluded, listed on Ontario's centralized self-exclusion register, or otherwise restricted from gambling.
It is an offence for anyone under 19 to gamble. We verify age at registration and may suspend or close non-compliant accounts.
2. Your account
You may hold only one account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity on your account; notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Identity verification & anti-money-laundering
Before you can play, and before certain transactions, we are required to verify your identity and age ("Know Your Customer" / KYC) and to carry out anti-money-laundering (AML) checks consistent with Ontario rules and applicable Canadian law. We may request government-issued ID, proof of address and source-of-funds information, and may restrict an account until checks are complete.
4. Gameplay & fairness
Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator. Results are random and independent; past results do not influence future ones. We do not guarantee winnings of any kind — you should expect to lose the money you wager. Game rules and return-to-player (RTP) information are made available within each game.
5. Deposits, withdrawals & dormant accounts
When real-money play is enabled, deposits and withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods registered in your own name. We may apply limits, holds and verification to protect you and to meet regulatory obligations. Inactive accounts may be treated as dormant in accordance with the requirements of iGaming Ontario (iGO) and applicable rules; we will contact you before taking any action, and your funds will not be forfeited except as permitted by those requirements.
6. Responsible gaming
You can set deposit, loss and time limits, take breaks, and self-exclude at any time. Requests that loosen a limit take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period. See our Responsible Gaming page. Free, confidential support is available from ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service if you are under 19 or outside Ontario;
- use another person's identity, payment method or account;
- use bots, automated tools, collusion or fraud to gain an unfair advantage;
- engage in money laundering or any unlawful activity;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or close accounts and void transactions that breach these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics and software, is owned by or licensed to Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA and is protected by law. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing excludes or restricts any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or other mandatory law. In the event of a malfunction, affected games and transactions are void.
10. Segregation of player funds
Player funds are held in a segregated trust account separate from the operating funds of Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA. Your balance is protected and cannot be used for the company's operating purposes, in accordance with the requirements of iGaming Ontario (iGO) and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
11. Complaints & disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first via Support. If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, or you are dissatisfied with our final response, you may escalate to independent dispute resolution through ADR Chambers, Ontario's recognized iGaming ADR provider. You may at any time also contact the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario (iGO). Ontario players may also self-exclude from all iGO operators at once through BetGuard (Standard 2.14.1).
12. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable advance notice of material changes, and you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before those changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
