Your control tools
Under the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming, every account includes:
- Deposit limits — cap how much you can deposit per day, week or month.
- Loss limits — cap your net losses over a chosen period.
- Session time limits & reality checks — set how long you play and receive reality-check reminders every 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Your net position (total deposits minus total withdrawals) is displayed in your account at all times.
- Take a break — pause your account for a defined period (see below).
- Self-exclusion — exclude yourself for a defined minimum period (see below).
You can set limits when you register and change them any time. Requests that tighten a limit take effect immediately; requests that loosen or remove a limit take effect only after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Take a break (Standard 2.13)
You can pause your account for a defined period: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months. During a break you will not be able to log in, deposit or wager. To activate, go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Take a Break, or contact our support team.
Self-exclusion (Standard 2.14)
You can self-exclude your account for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanently. Once activated, the exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the selected period, and applies to all communications and marketing from Asinodays. Contact our support team or go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion.
Centralized Self-Exclusion — BetGuard (Standard 2.14.1)
Ontario players can self-exclude from all registered iGaming Ontario operators at once through BetGuard, the centralized self-exclusion programme operated by iGaming Ontario (iGO). Registering with BetGuard is irreversible during the selected period and applies across participating operators simultaneously.
Register or learn more at https://www.betguard.ca/.
Behavioural monitoring & intervention (Standards 2.10–2.11)
Well Played Media, Unipessoal LDA uses an automated behavioural-analytics system to identify markers of harm, including rapid deposit increases, chasing losses, extended sessions and erratic bet patterns. When markers are detected, our Responsible Gaming team will contact you and may suggest limits, breaks or self-exclusion. Intervention records are retained for Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) audit purposes.
Losses Disguised as Wins — LDW (Standard 2.20)
Where a slot or game pays an amount less than the wager, this outcome is shown as a net loss, not a win. We do not celebrate or animate these outcomes as wins. This applies to all games on Asinodays.
Signs gambling may be a problem
- Spending more time or money than you intended.
- Chasing losses or borrowing money to gamble.
- Gambling to escape stress, low mood or boredom.
- Hiding your gambling from family or friends.
- Neglecting work, study or relationships because of gambling.
Protecting minors
You must be 19+ to play. We verify age at registration and through KYC checks. If you share a device with anyone under 19, consider parental-control software to keep gambling content away from minors.
